What You Might Be Wondering
How does an engagement typically begin?
We start with an introductory conversation — usually 45 minutes — to understand your current situation and what you hope to accomplish. From there, we draft a brief proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment. There is no fee for this initial discussion.
What size of company do you typically work with?
Most of our clients have between 20 and 200 employees, though we've also supported smaller founding teams and larger regional subsidiaries. The key factor is whether the leadership team is ready to invest time in the process alongside us.
How long does each engagement last?
It depends on the scope. A Strategic Direction Workshop usually spans 3–4 weeks. An Operational Efficiency Review can take 4–6 weeks depending on organizational complexity. Market Entry Advisory engagements vary from 6 to 12 weeks based on the target market.
Do you work with companies outside of Taipei?
Yes. While our office is in Da'an District, we regularly work with organizations based in Hsinchu, Taichung, Kaohsiung, and across the broader Asia-Pacific region. Some phases of our work can be conducted remotely when it makes sense.
What kind of deliverables can we expect?
Every engagement concludes with a written deliverable — whether that's a strategic roadmap, an efficiency report with prioritized recommendations, or a market entry plan with risk scenarios. We also present findings in person to your leadership team.
How is pricing structured?
Each of our three core offerings has a starting price listed on the Solutions page. Final investment depends on organizational size and engagement complexity. We provide a clear quote before any work begins, with no unexpected charges during the process.
