A Firm Shaped by the Market It Serves

Claridge was established in Taipei in 2013, born from a simple observation: many growing companies in Taiwan had the ambition to expand but lacked a sounding board that truly understood local dynamics. Founders with experience in cross-border strategy and operational management saw an opportunity to fill that gap — not with off-the-shelf frameworks, but with careful, context-sensitive counsel.

The firm's early years were spent working closely with manufacturing and technology companies in northern Taiwan, often sitting alongside leadership teams for weeks at a time to understand their decision-making patterns and internal cultures.
